2. COBRA Administration
A designated third party will serve as “Plan Administrator”, transferring the responsibility and liability for COBRA administration away
from the employer.
3. Section 125/FSA Plan Administration
Set up & administration of POP plans & FSA cafeteria plans (medical spending, dependent care, and transit).
4. Consolidated Billing
Reconcile Group Medical, Dental, Life and Disability insurance invoices to be presented to the employer or group as one single consolidated
invoice for payment.
5. 24/7 Web Site Functionality
Customized benefits’ website for your company with a secure, password protected site to enable the Group Administrator to enter online plan adds, changes, and terminations. COBRA administration is seamlessly integrated with terminations. Employees will have web access to view benefit summaries, links to: provider directories & your 401(k) provider website, and will be able to view a customized “benefit statement”.
6. Employee Financial Education Seminars:
A Certified Financial Planner and/or Investment Advisor will come to your place of business and host an informal luncheon to provide your employees the benefit of financial education. Topic may include: College Savings Plans, Saving for Retirement, Mortgage (re)Financing, and Tax Planning. Seminars can be presented monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
7. Enhanced Consulting Services
Strategic planning, Boardroom & employee presentations, Medicare eligible planning, Life Insurance Audit® for Executives and Management.
